We are looking for a Middle Mobile Developer (React Native) to join a product engineering team working on an AI-powered SaaS recruiting platform. This role is focused not only on mobile development, but also on full ownership of the mobile release lifecycle, including deployments, store submissions, and compliance.
Project – is a modern recruiting platform that replaces legacy hiring workflows with AI-driven candidate sourcing and matching. The product has already evolved beyond internal use and is currently being commercialized as a SaaS solution for enterprise clients. The platform supports multi-tenant architecture and continues to expand its feature set and AI capabilities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
- Strong experience with mobile application development in production environments.
- Solid experience with App Store and Google Play Store submission processes.
- Deep understanding of mobile release cycles and store compliance requirements.
- Experience managing end-to-end mobile deployments.
- Ability to maintain and support live mobile applications.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Nice To Have:
- Experience working in startup environments.
- Familiarity with Expo (CI/CD workflows).
- Experience with mobile release automation and store compliance monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and improve mobile features for the Ignite platform.
- Maintain and support live mobile applications in production.
- Manage full mobile release lifecycle (build versioning, deployments, store submissions).
- Ensure compliance with App Store and Google Play policies.
- Monitor store updates and adapt applications accordingly.
- Collaborate with backend and platform teams to align mobile functionality with product roadmap.
- Improve stability, performance, and reliability of mobile applications.
